HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Set up a complementary 30 minute telephone discussion with me so I can assess your web needs and issues and ensure you do indeed need my kind of services. My passion is to get you results not sell you something you don’t need or that want get you want to be. This is an opportunity to also make sure you have realistic goals for the time and money you’ve budgeted before you sign up for my coaching services.
2. Once we are ready to proceed, I will send you my Coaching Agreement you will sign and my e-invoice for this 4 hour coaching package.
3. Once the Coaching Agreement and e-invoice are signed, returned and paid, I’ll send you my coaching questionnaire so you can get me up to speed on your web presence initiative, what your goals are-short & long term, and some background so I can be better informed to help you make the most effective decisions for your web presence.
4. When the coaching questionnaire is returned, you will receive a meeting schedule request for our first planning meeting. This first meeting is for 1 1/2-2 hrs. where we’ll discuss in depth your concerns for your web presence, my assessment and findings I gathered from your coaching questionnaire and some research I have done on your behalf, what are the best course of actions you should consider, what is working and what isn’t, define strategies or ‘fixes’ to put into place, Then, when you need more specific help on any of the items (i.e.; writing a press release, setting up a database, editing a promotional letter, etc.) you can call or email us for help then.
5. The remainder 2 hours can be used for the second phase of your project that may include the continuation of what we have previously covered, or any important proposal or documents for your web assets you may want me to review, or any specific help with questions you have, or issues with a designer or web professional you are already working with.
