I have to say my hat is off to you as unfortunately I don't find many businesses who are as you say "digitally challenged" looking for help. Consulting and coaching is what I do for a living and I find most of the time I have the difficult task of educating the business owners as to why they must embrace some radical changes in the way they do business. You seem to have made that transition already and therefore I believe you will be ahead of many in your field who are not even yet aware of what is going on around them. Good going Pam!
